Eric has a passion for developing marketing strategies that break new ground. Over 25 years at the intersection of technology and consumer marketing, he’s had the good fortune to be part of some of the largest product launches of the past decade, including Intel’s pan-European Pentium processor launch as the European Product Marketing Manager for Intel’s OverDrive Processor, and as Principal and VP Sales for leading-edge browser company NeoPlanet.
He’s also co-founder of strategic marketing consultancy Incendo Marketing LLC. Eric has extensive experience with online promotions, channel management, branding and advertising. He’s held management and senior executive positions with Intel (U.S., U.K. and Germany), Microvitec PLC (U.S. and U.K.) and NeoPlanet. He earned his BA in Marketing from George Washington University and plans to own a tropical island with the best beach bar in the world, where the term “happy hour” means “free.”

Michael is on a mission to teach companies how to build meaningful relationships with customers. In 1998, he co-founded Incentive Logic, Inc.
Michael and his team built a technology platform that would allow companies to quickly and easily reward customers. Using technology as the core, Michael helped develop loyalty strategies that continue to drive growth and retention for companies such as Microsoft, American Express and Hilton. The platform, still in use today, services over 12 million member accounts. Incentive Logic went on to receive the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America designation for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Having spent over 20 years in the technology industry, Michael is also a nationally recognized speaker on the topic of Technology-Driven Customer Loyalty and has been featured in eWeek, The Wall Street Journal, and CNN.
